I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, even providing me with an adapter when I left mine at home. I loved that there was a handy supermarket attached to the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised to find tourist brochures in the lobby. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a direct airport bus to New Chitose airport. Plus, this hotel was located close to other city attractions, making it a convenient home base for my adventures.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Perfect base for a 9-night stay. Bathtubs in the bathroom was a plus. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. For dinner, we went to Ramen Sora, it was minute walk from the venue.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff This hotel is strategically located near the famous shopping street and offers friendly and helpful staff. the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Far from Subway Stations and Airport the hotel is quite far from the nearest subway station, taking about 10-15 minutes to walk. contrary to the hotel description, the airport bus does not stop in front of the hotel, requiring a lengthy walk with heavy baggage from the bus stop to reach the hotel.

Proximity to Susukino subway station within short walking distance.
The hotel is old and facilities are bare. Hotel staff can hardly speak English and are not very helpful.

Very strategic location- 10 minutes left you reach Odoriferous Park and 5 minutes left Susukino which is the happening places for entertainment and food. I will always return to this hotel. Taxi from Sapporo station cost about ¥1000 if you have too many luggaes to lug around in peak hours through the subways. Staff are very helpful. The small size room is very well equipped and comfortable . We have great price for a comfy room in great location. What more can you ask? Oh, don't forget to ask for the gadget to fix Inuit room for Free wifi....now that's great.
